Kollect checks your fanpages' comments and messages on real time and also on demand, to extract its leads' contact info. Depending on each plan, you have a monthly limit of messages and/or comments that Kollect can check for you. If you check two times the same message (i.e. querying on demand a message that has been checked before), our system will log 2 messages.
Depending on each plan, you have a historic limit of data that you can query or storage. That means, for example, that if you have a historic limit of 3 months, every 3 months we will delete all your records older than 3 months. Also, you can only make on demand requests querying posts/comments/messages that aren't older than your historic limit.
All our plans have a 30 days of refund warranty, so if you request a refund after that period of time we cannot refund your payment. Also we can only refund your last payment.
Due to tax issues, we are not currently accepting customers from countries members of the European Union, Russia or India, so if you live in one of those countries, you can only use or Free plan. That said, we hope to start accepting those countries in a few months.
Absolutely. Kollect follows the best practices to secure your data, using providers like Auth0 to manage authentication. We also follow the GDPR guidelines, so if you want us to take action about your data, feel free to write to support@kollectapp.com.
